The staff love their jobs and I am so grateful for the care and empathy they have for my 96 year old mother and all if the other residents. Highly recommended as a long term care assisted living facility. Well run by professionals who are there because they love their work and the residents.

An excellent facility, with quality, caring staff and programs. It is a wonderful community for both the resident and their family. all of the staff that I've met were caring and authentic.I was impressed with the warm and inviting common areas and the beautiful trees and flowers surrounding the residence. Moreover, I was suitably impressed by the organization, programming, staff and leadership.

I can’t say enough good things about this care home. My mother just moved in this week and the professionalism, attention, compassion, and care have surpassed all our expectations. They have worked so hard to make her and our family feel at home and to meet her care needs. She has settled in quickly thanks to a coordinated team effort and wrap around care. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed with the staff and the service at Sunrise in Victoria. It is a tasteful and warm setting. The leadership and care provided is unmatched.

Health Care Aids, called HCMs (Managers) worked tirelessly 24/7 on behalf of my Loved One and mum had great rapport with each Medication Manager, Housekeeping dept ( no labelling of clothes needed! Yeah! ) and the thanks also to Chef Manager, his cooking and washing staff and Servers all deserve much gratitude; Coordinator/ Director / Busdriver Charlie and her ( their) activity staff gave mum fond memories from city tours ; mum in residence 1.5 years on floor 1 with independent ADL except when she fell — and for those times I was even more grateful with their handiwork on the “ Sara Steady” and with a Hoist. ( I have a second review under another Gmail address) We made good friends with fellow residents and their Loved Ones: communities and villages are key to this challenging and often spiritual life passage …😇

Sunrise of Victoria is a beautiful community in a quiet, peaceful setting. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and truly treat the seniors as if they’re family. The activities are fun with lots to choose from and the meals are delicious and beautifully presented. Any time I’ve reached out to a manager they’ve responded quickly, ready and willing to help in any way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sunrise to someone looking for seniors care. Thank you to the team for creating such a positive environment for my auntie!

A loving environment and courteous and caring staff.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. We moved my mother here from a retirement home when her care needs escalated. From the first day we first contacted them, the Sunrise staff were incredible. When we arrived, we were stressed, and our mother was in a lot of pain, but they rallied to help us. When we called or emailed with a question, we got very fast replies. When we spoke to staff members in the hallways they always listened and reponded. The care was above and beyond: such a well coordinated team. Our mother spent her last days at Sunrise, and they managed her end of life care with compassion, skill and grace. She was in a beautiful suite, looking out over the gardens, and was able to bring a lot of her own belongings with her. We are so grateful.
