My husband and I visited Sunrise and had an amazing tour, with Kerry-Ann Bodden. She was so friendly and answered all our questions before we even had to ask. Very impressed with her and with Sunrise. There was staff everywhere and all so friendly. Family, visiting loved ones who live there, all said hi to Kerry-Ann as we had our tour. Beautiful place. I can't speak highly enough about all of the staff at this facility. Absolutely outstanding holistic resident care and you can see the difference it makes with eveyone who lives there. The energy is very welcoming and high and the building is beautiful and very clean/ well kept. A special shout out to Amira for her wonderful attention to detail and to the lovely girls at the front, Theresa and Jo for everything they do <3 Anyone would be lucy to have a loved one stay here!!

My wife moved in to Sunrise Erin Mills in October 2024. She has Alzheimer’s and in August fell and broke her hip leaving her unable to walk. I had scouted out Sunrise several months before as a contingency plan as it is close to our home. Arrangements for moving to Sunrise were handling efficiently and with compassion. The atmosphere at Sunrise is joyful. You will see lots of smiles and hear lots of laughter at Sunrise, not to mention the warm hugs.The whole staff work enthusiastically as a team and treat residents with respect, skill and love. My wife has received excellent care and encouragement so that small but significant progress has been made in her walking again. There are many varied activities every day that residents can participate in and enjoy as well as frequent external entertainers. The food is excellent with many options for satisfying the particular likes of residents. I am at Sunrise every day and see many moving moments. I am pleased to give Sunrise Erin Mills a deserved 5 star rating,
