Amazing facility. Mom could not be better cared for. The dedication, care, compassion and respect from every member of the staff is impressive. A complete care facility with medical staff on site, a wide range of daily activities for physical and mental well-being, a variety of wonderful entertainment.....like musical evenings where they will grab Mom and wheel her around in a "jig" in her wheelchair. A wide and impressive variety of nutritious and tasty food. Special lunches/buffets/holiday celebratory meals are frequent, varied and creative. The staff have a collaborative approach to care, seeking input from all sources, and welcome and encourage family input and involvement. Our experience with all staff, including the concierges, is that they are there to help, are willing to pitch in wherever there is a need, and nothing is too much trouble. It's most impressive, and quite refreshing. There is constant, ongoing involvement by senior staff in all aspects of life at Sunrise, and they have their finger on the pulse of the everyday life of each and every resident. Basically, there is a "culture" in this facility that transcends description......it's a feel, and the best way to describe it is that they truly.....really and truly......"walk the talk".

Every time I visit Sunrise of Oakville I am in awe of the staff and care team. Their devotion to the residents creates a positive and happy atmosphere from the minute you are greeted at the door. Keep up the good work.

Sunrise is always so warm and inviting. The residents are always engaged in activities and the staff are very welcoming.

Just had a wonderful experience at Sunrise. Shea was so knowledgable, helpful and caring, with this next step in my parent’s life.

Visited this long term heath care Facility and from the moment you walk in it is clean. There is no odor . Staff is friendly and all of the residence look well taken care of. The Nursing staff is kind and caring as well as the management of this facility is impeccable you can tell they al really care for the residents here. Not your typical retirement facility. Feels like family thank you

Staff are incredible. Thank you for taking such great care of my Grandpa during his 2 year stay. I'm very thankful he (and our family) got to be apart of the Sunrise family.
